YOUR FAMILY MATTERS MATTER

Attorneys Your Family Can Count On

No matter what legal challenges your family is facing,

we invite you to join us at our table.

Nicole Hirth

ATTORNEY AND FOUNDER

Nicole has been an attorney since 2006.  She received her undergraduate degrees from Bowling Green State University and her law degree from the University of Toledo, during which time she worked for two Lucas County court agencies.  After moving to the Dayton area in 2006, and being sworn in as an attorney,  Nicole worked for a law firm for ten years, handling family law, appellate and criminal cases.  After a decade with that firm, she acquired her own firm, now known as the Hirth Legal Group.  Nicole now focuses her practice on family law and basic estate planning.  Nicole has over seventeen years of practice, with the majority of that time spent in the courtroom.

Nicole Hirth Attorney

Throughout the course of her nearly two decades of litigation experience, Nicole recognized the importance of helping parties reach agreements in their legal matters.  Beginning in 2022, and spanning the course of a year, Nicole completed over 100 hours of Mediation training and is now an approved Mediator, serving in a neutral capacity to bring parties together to find common ground and reach agreements.

During her legal career, in addition to the practice of law, Nicole has served as a chair on the Dayton Bar Association (Family Law section), has presented at various legal seminars, and written articles on family law topics.  Nicole operates her practice with the idea that any client is potentially facing their hardest day at any given moment, and she treats clients with that in mind.

Whether you need an attorney to fight for you, or are seeking a neutral mediator to resolve your legal issues, Nicole will use her nearly two decades of experience to assist you.  She has been seated at the Plaintiff’s table, the Defendant’s table, and now in the middle as Mediator.  So whatever your legal needs require, we welcome you to come have a seat at our table.
